Biography
Maroussia studied theatre and philosophy and then went to the school of Beaux Arts. She looks for the unexpected, the clandestine or a small story formed by chance. Then slowly, she invents chance, and changes the unexpected into a skilfully perpetrated crime, on the lookout for little dreamlike tunes which are sometimes heard in the forbidden night air. She abandoned painting and writing for photography and entered the Ecole des Gobelins in 2007. Since then she has woven together photographic experience, slowly developed between dream and chimera.
