The entirety of the works ordered is sent in a single order.
If you wish to order several photographs one of which is momentarily unavailable and you do not wish to wait, we advise you to make two separate orders.
To calculate the delivery date of your order, take into account the time for expedition and the time for transit (see below)

The amount of time and costs of delivery vary according to the order and the country of delivery.
For all the works expedited to destinations outside of the European Union and DOM-TOM, the customs duties or other local taxes of importation or taxes of the State are susceptible to be demanded.
These duties and sums do not result from the jurisdiction of Yellow Korner. They will be at your charge and result in your entire responsibility as much in terms of declarations as in the payments to the authorities and the competent organizations of your country. We advise you to inform yourself about this according to your local authorities.

- Colissimo suivi delivery is guaranteed by La Poste. If you are absent at the moment of delivery, La Poste leaves you a delivery notice that permits you to collect your package at the post office for 15 days.

Protected Shipment
YellowKorner brings the greatest care to preparation of packages, so that your order reaches you in perfect state and that you can fully profit from it !
Each type of photograph is packed in a parcel adapted to its characteristics and a label « Fragile » appears systematically on the package.
Framed photographs are presented in a parcel that highlights them and protects them (reinforced corners). They are then placed in a package filled with foam chips in order to ensure an optimal protection.
Mounted photographs are sent in parcels of reinforced cardboard, custom-made for each photograph's format. A protection sheet permits the isolation of the work from the cardboard parcel in order to better protect it.

YellowKorner.com accepts the payment made by a "virtual card" (carte virtuelle). This card allows you to pay on the internet without communicating to us your bank information. This service is proposed by numerous banks for example LCL, Banque Postale, Société Générale, Banque Populaire, Caisse d'Epargne and Crédit Mutuel. Please contact your bank to find out the necessary steps.
Whatever card used for payment, the bank transaction is effected by Cybermut, the payment system of Crédit Mutuel.
This transaction is realized on the site of Crédit Mutuel : it is therefore completely normal that the page where you enter your information does not resemble the pages on the site of yellowkorner.com.
Your bank information is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). It does not circulate freely on the Internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank information (number of card, expiration date….) is not communicated to Yellow Korner.

Satisfied or reimbursed
With Yellow Korner, you have the right to change your opinion ! You dispose of a period of 15 days (starting from the reception of your order) to notify us of your request to make a return.
For this, please contact our customer service ) which will indicate to you the return address. You will then dispose of a period of 10 days to return your order to us.
- If your order was delivered by La Poste, you can return your order to us by La Poste (you are responsible for the shipping fees for the return) or at our gallery if you live in Paris.
- If your order was delivered by a transporter, it will come to pick up your order. This serviced will be billed to you at the same price as the original shipment.
- If you chose to pick up your order at our gallery in Paris, you can return it there, send it back to us by La Poste or by a transporter, the return shipping fees being you responsibility.
Only works in a good state and in their original packaging will be accepted. We will reimburse you the price of the photographs as well as the original shipping fees (the return shipping fees being your responsibility) in a period of 15 days following the reception of the order from us.
